Hello St. Michael’s Parishioners,
A priest friend of mine from Baltimore, MD is working on completing his doctorate in pastoral counseling and needs some help in completing a brief online survey. I have copied his email message to me below. If you are so inclined, I would be very grateful to you if you would please take just a few moments and help him by taking this short survey. It will be immensely helpful and insightful for him and his doctoral thesis paper which he is writing. Thank you! Father Tony
EMAIL MESSAGE FROM FATHER TONY’S FRIEND:
Hello – my name is Rev. Martin J. Burnham, pss, I am a Catholic priest and a member of the Society of St. Sulpice, the religious community who teaches in seminaries. I also am currently a doctoral student in Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University Maryland.
I am seeking Catholic parishioner participants for my doctoral dissertation study. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between a priest’s beliefs, attitudes, personality, spirituality, and his ministry in the parish. I would be most grateful if you would help me and complete a brief survey.
The survey for this study is accessed online at the following web address: https://loyola.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8IxRj1MpsMUUB3D.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. The amount of time required to complete the survey is no more than 15 minutes.
As an added incentive, each participant will have the opportunity to enter their email address, separate from their completed survey responses, for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card.
If you would be interested in assisting with this research, please follow the link above to access the informed consent and complete the survey responses.
The survey is completely anonymous; none of your personal, identifiable information will be connected to your responses.
This study has been approved by the Loyola University Maryland Institutional Review Board.
